Watching Summer Fade Away

It wasn't planned, but I took a break from posting on this here blog for a while.  Which really isn't fair to all of you.  How can I be so selfish and not share the incredible adorableness that is my kids?  I ask for your forgiveness. 
So here goes.  A new post every day for the next little while.  Some of them go back a ways.  Enjoy.

Yay! Allie was asking about you guys the other day. She wondered if you lived so far away that it took a night to get to your house. I was ashamed to tell her that you were just around the corner, yet we still never visit...sorry!
